Welcome to the Alberta Virtual Classroom – Water: A Global Crisis! AVC is pleased to work together with their partners to host Water: A Global Crisis. This Video Conference will challenge students from across North America to collaborate and build knowledge together with expert mentors through an examination of this world-wide water crisis. Students will review and evaluate different aspects of water – personal, environmental, commercial, and economic - and the potential competing interests. The end goal is for this international body of students to seek out and build consensus on how our local, national and international governments and communities can work together and resolve this ever magnifying global reality.

To facilitate this, we have set up this interactive webpage.
.
Please feel free to join a forum group, post relevant links and get to know the members of this conference’s community. We encourage all researchers, community members, teachers and students to post information about themselves on their profiles. Use this webpage, not only for research, but also as a tool to get to know your fellow global participants and create a community that can truly change the world!
I’m looking forward to getting to know you all,
